I was born and raised in Sacramento, CA and I attended California State University Sacramento and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I enjoy photography and traveling in my free time. I hope to visit and explore as many places as possible. I have always had an interest in mental health and its connection to everything that we do and how we find meaning in our lives. My goal is to bring my comprehensive knowledge of clinic operations integrated with kindness to support your mental health journey.
